SoClean

These new Cleaning Wipes are manufactured by SoClean - the inventors of the highly acclaimed CPAP Sanitiser.  They gently and naturally clean the CPAP/BiPAP/NIV and oxygen masks and equipment and are Unscented, Hypoallergenic and Biodegradeable.

There are 62 Wipes in each packet, and each wipe measures 8 inches x 5 inches (20.32 cm x 12.7 cm).  They are made from 100% pure cotton with all natural ingredients and are Alcohol and Latex-free.  They are specially formulated to remove dirt, grease, oils and other organic residue from the mask and equipment without the use of harmful chemicals.

The unscented, plant-derived formula contains no unpleasant or strong fragrances and even cleans and nourishes the hands whilst cleaning the mask and equipment.

Helpful Tips

For people who use the SoClean CPAP Sanitiser, please remember your mask still needs the facial oils cleaning from the mask before putting into the SoClean machine.  Wipes are a quick way to do this without disassembling the mask.

These wipes come in soft packaging with a foil seal and plastic cap to keep them fresh, so would be lighter for travelling than the bulkier tubs (and even cheaper for postage costs when purchasing multiple packs).

No rinsing is required after using the mask wipes, so leaving them in the bedside cabinet is a convenient way to clean the mask on a daily basis and then just leave to air dry ready for the next use.

IMPORTANT - The masks must not be cleaned with any product containing alcohol, bleach, chemicals or other detergents.  This will damage the mask cushion and lots of products are not safe to to breathe in the fumes.

Mask wipes not very good

The wipes are hard to get out of the packet. When you use them, they are not quite dense enough, and they leave little bits of fluff on the mask,

Response:

Sorry you weren't happy, but I certainly don't get bits of fluff left on my mask from them, so I'm not sure why this should be happening.

ORDERS

We try our best to ship all orders received by us Monday-Friday on the same working day if received before 12 pm, and more often than not orders processed before 3 pm will be despatched the same day whenever possible.  Weekend or UK bank holiday orders are sent out the next working day.  An automated email is sent when products have been despatched so please check your spam box and as us to your safe senders list.

There is the option for UK 1st or 2nd Class Mail in the UK.  Masks and some other more expensive products are always sent via 'signed for' delivery and cannot be left in 'safe' places, but there is the option for an alternative shipping address when processing the orders.   International orders are sent via tracked Airmail, and whilst we're happy to ship internationally, we are not responsible for any charges that may be added in your own country.

Delivery charges are worked out automatically by weight and you can clearly see the delivery charges before purchase.  On the rare occasion delivery charges are miscalculated by the website, a refund will be sent, as it is not our policy to make money on postage charges and neither do we add the cost of delivery into the price and offer so-called  'free delivery' like some sites and Ebay pressurise sellers to do!

Wherever possible with larger parcels, we try to re-use boxes to keep shipping costs down and protect the environment.

If a product is out of stock and the order contains multiple items, the 'in stock' items will be sent immediately and further items will follow upon arrival with no further postage charges.

RETURNS

Masks and most products cannot be exchanged, unless faulty, due to health and hygiene issues, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, (as stated in our 'Terms and Conditions' ) and where you will find our return address, so if you are unsure about any product please contact us BEFORE purchase or BEFORE opening a sealed packet.

Unopened (sealed) products in their original packing can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product cost, but purchaser to pay return postage.  This excludes any faulty goods, for which postage will be reimbursed.  A full refund for the price of the product will be issued when received by us, less the original postage charges when the order was sent to you.
