This CPAP Moisture Therapy Cream has been designed specifically for the CPAP/APAP/BIPAP/Ventilator and Oxygen Mask Users as it contains NO Petroleum Based Ingredients, which should NEVER be used with the masks. It is also free from alcohol which damages the mask cushions!
The cream helps prevent and heal skin problems such as chafing, irritation, dryness, soreness or cracking from using a nasal or full face mask, and can be used WITH the mask and applied to the areas where the mask meets the face. Many people who previously used night cream now use this instead to keep their skin moisturised!
For nasal pillows the cream can be applied to the outside and inside of the nostrils before inserting the pillows. The cream can be used as often as needed to form a resilient moisture protective barrier, and many users are reporting their masks seal better after applying the cream to the area where the seal meets the face, which is possibly due to the cream's thick consistency.
For any mask sores it is also advisable to apply the cream several times a day until the skin has healed, and then continue use at night with the mask to prevent a flare-up. Incidentally, the cream has other uses for skin issues and many people keep a tube in the medicine cabinet for general use!
Below is a genuine image a parent sent us after just a day or so of using the cream, and she has kindly given us permission to share this to help others:-
Each 1 oz Tube contains Aloe Vera, Emu Oil and Vitamins, and a tube of this cream does appear to go a long way with most people.
DO NOT use any Petroleum-based products on your masks, such as Vaseline or Vicks, as apart from damaging the masks there is a risk that sometimes inhaling fat-based substances (lipoids) like petroleum jelly or mineral oil for prolonged periods can cause lung problems - in particular Lipid Pneumonia!
I have sensitive/dry skin so use this several times a week as a top up. Works well.

Excellent as a skin moisturiser but actually made my mask (resmed f20) slip more when used with the liners as well. I have acne rosacea and diabetes and the cream has been okay on my very sensitive skin
Amazed to find that the Moisture Therapy Cream really does help create an excellent seal. This has helped reduce the leaks that was causing a disturbance to my sleep
Oh, this is so nice for a sore face. Pricey but lovely to use. I use regular moisturiser on most of my face and this one on the mask area.
did not work for me as caused my skin on my noise to go all red would not buy again
So sorry to hear this Glenn and in all the years we have supplied this cream we have only ever had one person react to it. You are welcome to contact us for a refund.
Alas this doesn't work for me as I don't like the smell
Having used this before (the free pack that came with the Velcro headband supports) I knew this is what I needed and it works great should last a long time as a little goes a long way
Great product, it has helped reduce leaks and has eased a sore face and nose, a little goes a long way for me.
helps stopping the mask leaving marks on your face 😊
Nice to be able to use a face cream at night. Pleasant to use, maybe just a little expensive. And small.
