Part Number: HT15Brand: Philips Respironics
This DreamStation Heated Hose/Tubing is compatible with this machine ONLY, and will not work even with other Philips' Respironics Machines.
Replacement Heated Hose Tubing for the DreamStation Machines.
The Hose is 6 feet in length with a diameter of 15 mm (22 mm at the cuff ends).
There are 5 heat settings when used in conjunction with the heated humidifier, and if not connected to the humidifier it works as an unheated standard hose.
This Heated Hose WILL NOT work with any other machine except the DreamStation, and to help you identify your machine please see the image below:-
The Heated Hose connects to either the DreamStation Humidifier or the DreamStation CPAP machine as well as the 60 Series Machines. However, please note that if connected to the machine alone, the tube will not heat and will only act as a normal unheated hose.
Once the weather gets colder I have always had water running down my face which is not great for sleeping. This makes a huge difference. I have been using it for over a week now and just warmer air. No mask slobbering . Worth buying .

Great to hear the heated hose has made such a difference 😊
Took it out the bag, plugged it in and pressed start... typical of man didnít read or keep the instructions so not sure how to optimally set the temperature.... and still wake with a dry mouth...So product most likely perfect and more me😉
Ha, your review made us chuckle Michael and please get in touch so we can help you.
Product is execellent as seems to have stopped problems with dry mouth. The team go above and beyond to help.
Thanks for the kind words as it's true that all the team are passionate in helping customers and patients 😊
Really pleased with this tube. I donít like any heating on in my room so it can get quite cool. This does a good job of delivering warm air into my airways. So much easier to disconnect from device too without having to prise it off 😊.
My biggest problem was nosebleeds and a bunged up nose .†The heated hose was suggested by my sleep clinic . Does the job, even though I still get a little bunged up . However no more nosebleeds.†
Good to hear the nose bleeds have stopped with the heated hose
I decided to treat myself to this thinking that the extra heated air would greatly help towards dry mouth and sore sinus'.The pipe is easy to fit and I am using a Dreamstation with built on humidifier. I tried the tubing for a week and my AHI went from 3 and under on average to much higher. One morning my AHI was up to 20. I went back to my previous standard tubing and my AHI returned to original readings. Also with the built in humidifier, the well water was emptying in 2 nights and ran dry a couple of times as I didn't think it would evaporate so quickly. Usually a full well would last me up to 2 weeks. This is definitely not for me unless I am using it incorrectly or there is something I am missing. If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it.
We did try contacting you to help you via both telephone and email but with no response, so will copy some of the email here with the hope of you seeing our reply and do contact if you need further help:-"Something doesn't sound right with the heated hose causing your AHI to go higher. The only 2 things we can think of that may cause this to happen is if your bedroom is already pretty warm and you had the actual heat of the humidifier set too high, which caused a raise in your own body temperature, which in turn could have caused swelling of the airways. This is one of the reasons some peoples AHI goes up in summer when they're too warm. The other thought we had is if you have asthma, because you have to be careful not to have the humidifier too high (even without a heated hose) as the extra moisture hydrates the nasal oral secretion and may cause wheezing, coughing and more apnoeas. For some asthmatics humidification helps greatly, but for other asthmatics they need to be more careful."
I was unsure about buying this tube but so pleased I did. No more dry throat when waking and much more comfortable moist airflow through the mask. Very pleased all round and great service from Hope 2 Sleep 👌
Great to hear it's made such a difference to your sleep 😊
The heated tube is a must if you have a humidifier on your DreamStation machine. Before my purchase of the heated hose I was constantly being awoken by sound of a popping sound coming from the hose. The noise was as a result of condensation forming inside the tube and pooling in places which being displaced with the air pressure. Once I changed to heated tube I have no condensation or noise from the hose.

Great to hear 😊
Excellent service ordered online and received next day! Heated hose has helped reduce noise in tube from humidifier and together with Xylimelts have helped reduce dry mouth symptoms.
Great to hear you've found a good combination for your dry mouth, which often leads to disturbed sleep, as well as dental decay.
Purchased on recommendation of hospital to combat overnight drying gout of mouth. Helped but not enormously.Very efficient service from hope2sleep.
Glad you were pleased with our service Bernard. If you're still struggling from dry mouth and have tried turning up the humidifier it would be worth trying the Xylimelts as well, as sometimes dry mouth can also be exacerbated by other medical conditions or even medication people have to take, with unfortunately CPAP can make worse.

We try our best to ship all orders received by us Monday-Friday on the same working day if received before 12 noon, and more often than not orders processed before 3pm will be despatched the same day whenever possible. Weekend or UK bank holiday orders are sent out the next working day. An automated email is sent when products have been despatched so please check your spam box and add us to your safe senders list. Also, if you do not receive an email confirmation, please check that you have typed the correct email address in your account.
All orders are sent via 1st class mail within the UK. Masks and some other more expensive products are always sent via 'signed for' insured delivery and cannot be left in 'safe' places, but there is the option for an alternative shipping address when processing the orders.
Delivery charges are worked out automatically by weight and you can clearly see the delivery charges before making a payment. On the rare occasion delivery charges are miscalculated by the website, a refund will be sent, as it is not our policy to make money on postage charges and neither do we add the cost of delivery into the price and offer so-called 'free delivery' like some sites and Ebay pressurise sellers to do!
Wherever possible with larger parcels, we try to re-use boxes to keep shipping costs down and protect the environment.
If a product is out of stock and the order contains multiple items, the 'in stock' items will be sent immediately and further items will follow upon arrival with no further postage charges incurred.
Important for International Orders
We can ship most products internationally, but all prices are in UK British Pounds and if paying by debit or credit card the bank will automatically convert to the current conversation rate. Likewise, if you choose the Paypal option, they will convert into your currency for you as payment is made.
International orders are sent via tracked Airmail, and whilst we're happy to ship internationally, we cannot be held responsible for any charges that may be added in your own country. If you purchase from us out of the UK or you move to another country after purchasing products, please be aware that the warranty for CPAP machines, masks and parts from the manufacturers are under warranty with the manufacturer based in the UK, so you will be responsible for sending the product back to us and will need to pay postage to get the product back to you after exchange or repair, as the manufacturer will not pay for shipping in any country outside of the UK.
Masks, CPAP machines and and most other products are exempt from a refund or exchange unless faulty due to health and hygiene issues - as stated in our 'Terms and Conditions', and in particular due to the risk of cross contamination as they cannot be re-sold. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 28.(3)(a) confirms exemption as follows:- "exemption in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery."
Unopened (sealed) products in their original packing can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product cost, but the purchaser is to pay the return postage, and we would advise retaining proof of postage. This excludes any faulty goods, for which postage will be reimbursed. A full refund for the price of the product will be issued when received by us, less the original postage charges when the order was sent to you.
