These are the Filters for the the System One and M-Series of Philips Respironics' range of machines, and it is important to keep up-to-date with washing and/or replacement instructions to protect your health.
These are the Filters for use with the System One REMstar, M-Series + SleepEasy CPAP/BiPAP Philips Respironics Machines.
There are 2 types of Filters as follows:-
These are the white Ultrafine Disposable Filters to prevent pollen and other small particles from entering your device, and it is very important to use these, especially if you are susceptible to allergies, asthma and sinus issues etc.
Philips Respironics recommend changing these filters every 30 nights of use, or sooner if they becomes dirty. Please note that you must not clean these filters - they need to be discarded and replaced.
To fit them ensure the mesh side of the filter is facing in, towards the machine. (The black foam filter is placed on top of this white one).
6 Filters are supplied.
These are the Grey-Black Foam Filters for the System One REMstar, M Series + SleepEasy CPAP + BiPAP Philips Respironics machines only.
It is vital for the machine and your own health that, as recommended by Philips Respironics, you clean this dust filter at least every 2 weeks and completely replace it every 6 months.
These are placed in the back of the machine, and on top of the white filter.

We're confused by this review, as the filters you bought are the genuine Philips Respironics ones for your machine so shouldn't be too short.
If you suffer with hay fever or any other allergies then these white filters are very much needed. Even if you suffer no allergies they're still worth purchasing IMO. I asked for some from my hospital and was given just 2. They need to be changed monthly and you’d be surprised but they do get dirty quickly.
Very pleased with these filters as my CPAP needed new ones so now I have clean air again.
I bought this model of machine as a reconditioned unit, from a professional supplier, as a spare. It had different filters supplied, but they were the wrong ones, as I discovered when I went looking for replacements!These are a perfect fit and should be used in conjunction with the thinner white ones, not on their own.

I was sent the wrong product accidently and I was so pleased with how quickly it was dealt with. Would definitely order from Hope 2 Sleep again. The filters I haven't noticed much difference from but I ordered them because I have asthma and allergies and wanted to be careful rather than because I was having issues.

Although these filters don't fit my machine(my fault), the quality as is usual for hope to sleep excellent.

Our poor underfunded NHS... My hospital doesn't supply the white filters at all, and they've never offered replacement black filters. I'm so glad I can get them here.

We try our best to ship all orders received by us Monday-Friday on the same working day if received before 12 noon, and more often than not orders processed before 3 pm will be despatched the same day whenever possible. Weekend or UK bank holiday orders are sent out the next working day. An automated email is sent when products have been despatched so please check your spam box and add us to your safe senders list. Also, if you do not receive an email confirmation, please check that you have typed the correct email address in your account.
All orders are sent via 1st class mail within the UK. Masks and some other more expensive products are always sent via 'signed for' insured delivery and cannot be left in 'safe' places, but there is the option for an alternative shipping address when processing the orders. International orders are sent via tracked Airmail, and whilst we're happy to ship internationally, we cannot be held responsible for any charges that may be added in your own country.
Delivery charges are worked out automatically by weight and you can clearly see the delivery charges before purchase. On the rare occasion delivery charges are miscalculated by the website, a refund will be sent, as it is not our policy to make money on postage charges and neither do we add the cost of delivery into the price and offer so-called 'free delivery' like some sites and Ebay pressurise sellers to do!
Wherever possible with larger parcels, we try to re-use boxes to keep shipping costs down and protect the environment.
If a product is out of stock and the order contains multiple items, the 'in stock' items will be sent immediately and further items will follow upon arrival with no further postage charges incurred.
Masks, CPAP machines and and most other products are exempt from a refund or exchange unless faulty due to health and hygiene issues (as stated in our 'Terms and Conditions'), and in particular due to the risk of cross contamination as they cannot be re-sold. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 28.(3)(a) confirms exemption as follows:- "exemption in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery."
Unopened (sealed) products in their original packing can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product cost, but the purchaser is to pay the return postage, and we would advise retaining proof of postage. This excludes any faulty goods, for which postage will be reimbursed. A full refund for the price of the product will be issued when received by us, less the original postage charges when the order was sent to you.
