(Details shown apply to the default selection)
We have been supplying this CPAP + Ventilator Luggage Tag since 2010 and it has proved to be very helpful at Airport Security and Luggage Check-in to identify your important medical equipment which needs to be a carry-on item when flying. It is also useful when admitted to hospital so that your precious machine doesn't get lost. Placing the Tag on your machine's bag is also recommended when taking it anywhere, so that in the event of losing it, you can be easily contacted and it can be returned to you.
The Tag is strong plastic which won't break easily, measures 10.5 x 7.5 cm and comes with a red pvc robust strap. There are strips on the card to make writing on it easier, and there is enough space to write your name and telephone number, and putting your mobile number here would be the best idea, as you most likely will have your mobile with you when travelling, which means you can quickly be contacted should the machine be found by someone. The best pen to use would be a fine-tipped permanent marker, and there is the option to purchase the luggage tag both with or without a permanent marker pen.
The image shows both the front and back of the luggage tag, and for anyone unable to view the images on their computer the wording states:-
"Medical Equipment for Respiratory Therapy. NOT to be separated from the owner (followed by writeable strips for name and contact no)."
"MEDICAL EQUIPMENT - CPAP/BiPAP/APAP/VPAP/NIV for the treatment of Sleep Disordered Breathing conditions, such as Sleep Apnoea (Apnea). This is vital therapy and should NOT be separated from the owner, or classed as additional carry-on baggage when travelling."
Having the Tag on your machine's carry bag is also useful to alert your fellow passengers to the fact of why you have more hand luggage than them!!
I bought this alert tag for holidays especially on airplanes. Good quality item. Would recommend.

Not used yet but bought ready for any travels that may come. Simple & clear idea to identify your machine.
Not used yet but labels seem to be sturdy and easily visible.
I bought this for a recent trip to Tenerife and they really helped to identify my hand luggage as containing medical equipment, well worth the money.

Agree Kevin. I've been using mine for years now and never once been queried at an airport once they see the medical tag. Kath
I purchased the travel tag a few weeks ago. It is very neat and easy to fit also the information on the tag is very clear and self explanatory. As I have not traveled with it yet I do not know how it will work out. I found Hope2sleep very helpful and efficient when ordering the product from Ireland. Thanks to all the team.
You're welcome Christina 🙂
Very good product
Excellent contraption for the medical luggage as it is easy for the officials to identify while travelling.
Bought this for upcoming holiday. Very pleased with product
After being stopped three times by Customs, and trying to explain to Turkey that my CPAP wasn't Oxygen, finally this tag helped me sail through. The Medical alert is universal and even on the plane, the staff wouldn't allow anyone to put anything on top. WORTH EVERY PENNY
Great to hear Louise as you've certainly had bad luck being stopped 3 times! Hopefully, this will make all future flights more smooth sailing, or should I say smooth flying 😄

We try our best to ship all orders received by us Monday-Friday on the same working day if received before 12 noon, and more often than not orders processed before 3 pm will be despatched the same day whenever possible. Weekend or UK bank holiday orders are sent out the next working day. An automated email is sent when products have been despatched so please check your spam box and add us to your safe senders list. Also, if you do not receive an email confirmation, please check that you have typed the correct email address in your account.
All orders are sent via 1st class mail within the UK. Masks and some other more expensive products are always sent via 'signed for' insured delivery and cannot be left in 'safe' places, but there is the option for an alternative shipping address when processing the orders. International orders are sent via tracked Airmail, and whilst we're happy to ship internationally, we cannot be held responsible for any charges that may be added in your own country.
Delivery charges are worked out automatically by weight and you can clearly see the delivery charges before purchase. On the rare occasion delivery charges are miscalculated by the website, a refund will be sent, as it is not our policy to make money on postage charges and neither do we add the cost of delivery into the price and offer so-called 'free delivery' like some sites and Ebay pressurise sellers to do!
Wherever possible with larger parcels, we try to re-use boxes to keep shipping costs down and protect the environment.
If a product is out of stock and the order contains multiple items, the 'in stock' items will be sent immediately and further items will follow upon arrival with no further postage charges incurred.
Masks and most products cannot be exchanged, unless faulty, due to health and hygiene issues, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, (as stated in our 'Terms and Conditions' ) and where you will find our return address, so if you are unsure about any product please contact us BEFORE purchase or BEFORE opening a sealed packet.
Unopened (sealed) products in their original packing can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product cost, but the purchaser is to pay the return postage, and we would advise retaining proof of postage. This excludes any faulty goods, for which postage will be reimbursed. A full refund for the price of the product will be issued when received by us, less the original postage charges when the order was sent to you.

If you are purchasing with the intention of re-selling any products, you are liable to pay VAT on all products so you must untick the 'zero rate eligibility' box which will add VAT to your order.
