For people who regularly go off-grid with their CPAP machines and non-invasive ventilators or are prone to power cuts, these are ideal as there is the option to simply plug in your machine's regular 3-pin plug into the socket on the battery pack or using your compatible CPAP or NIV DC adapter, which will give even more battery power.

We do now also offer a battery rental service for people who only need battery power occasionally, although with regular use it would be more cost-effective to purchase a battery.

Other upgrades are that it now has the highest grade Panasonic battery cells and the increased inverter and DC output means it will work more efficiently with CPAP and non-invasive ventilators.

The Atom Pro Portable Battery Packs are a great option for people reliant on CPAP and non-invasive ventilators when camping, fishing and going off-grid, and are also handy to keep on standby for times when power cuts may strike, as it's just a matter of swapping the CPAP or NIV plug from the house mains into the charged Atom Pro, should the mains power go off.

The torch on the Atom Pro can be useful for campers or when fishing during the night - plus any night time visits to the bathroom! It is also easy to see on the panel how much battery usage is left.

The Atom Pro is very easy to both charge and use, by simply plugging in the CPAP or ventilator's own 3-pin plug directly into the Atom Pro's built-in socket. We will be conducting more testing and adding these to the table below of how long a fully charged Atom Pro will provide power to CPAP and ventilators as more people use them. The usage hours will very much depend upon different CPAP and ventilator pressures, age of therapy machine, whether humidifiers and heated hoses are used and altitude location etc. Obviously, the higher the pressure and use of humidifiers will use up more of the battery power, and when it is not possible to re-charge the Atom each day it is recommended not to use a humidifier or heated hose.

IMPORTANT NOTES AND TIPS

The Atom Pro is ideal for camping, fishing, venturing off-grid and for use during power cuts. It is NOT approved for taking on-board flights. If needing a flight battery to purchase or rent please see the Pilot-12 Lite and Pilot-24 Lite CPAP Batteries.
Always check and test any battery with your CPAP or ventilator BEFORE needing to use it and especially when relying on it for trips away, so that if there are any problems they can be sorted in time.
Batteries need exercise and the best thing for any battery is to use it. DO NOT leave the battery sitting without being charged for extended periods of time. If you will be storing the ATOM, make sure it’s fully charged before you put it away.
It is highly recommended to keep your vehicle running whilst charging the Atom Pro via the car charger cable.
Reminder, that despite newer CPAP and ventilators running quieter these days, using a battery to power them will always be slightly noisier.

Freedom at last!

Was able to go camping for 2 nights and use my resmed airsense 10 for some restorative sleep.
The unit worked perfectly for 2 nights (without humidifier ) with some spare battery power and I was also able to charge 2 phones and a torch - the service from Hope2Sleep was outstanding. Super fast despatch - top class service Thankyou so much

Excellent peice of Equipment

Im so pleased I invested in this battery for peace of mind with the proposed power cuts this winter.Not just for my CPAP but also to know I can charge my phone and not be without a way to contact help in an emergency should I be without power. I also went caravanning this year and the site had a 3hr power cut near bedtime. I will be covered now for the future holiday trips. Also very impressed with the bag that it comes with and all the adapters and handy torch. Hoping this will last me years and be a great insurance for emergencies.

Peace of mind

I have bought this power pack in March 2020, so can genuinely express my opinion.
We live in a village, quite remote, which gets a few power cuts, and it can be hours before it is restored.
Initially, I bought this item as I was worried about my son’s CPAP machine as he stops breathing quite a few times during sleep. We were advised that he should use his CPAP, even if he naps or is likely to fall asleep in the car, during long journeys.

I am really impressed by this power pack, it holds the charge for a long time, I tend to check quite often, making sure it is always charged.

The last power cut we had, was a long one. If there is no electricity we also have no access to phone, mobile or WiFi. On this occasion I had to connect the wifi briefly, as it was an emergency, I was able to connect the router, make the phone call, wait 15 minutes connected and we still had 80% of the charge available. Which is plenty for a whole night of use on the CPAP.

We travel everywhere with this power pack and I am about to purchase another one, as my son has gone to university and we should have another at home, for when he is not at Uni.
I absolutely believe this is a must have investment, a total peace of mind, would not hesitate to recommend this product. It is a lifesaver in more than one way!

Well worth the money!

I purchased the Atom Pro a month ago and finally put it to the test properly last weekend.
For reference my CPAP is a Philips Respironics Dreamstation, I am not using a humidifier or anything additional - just the Dreamstation itself. I also purchased the cigarette lighter adapter to go with the Atom Pro after reading other reviews.
I went camping for 2 nights with no electric hookup so I charged up the Atom Pro and kept my fingers crossed that it would perform as hoped.
Night 1 - 9 Hours use, with 90% Pressure at 8.2 and average pressure of 6.3. When I switched off the CPAP I had 84% charge left so I was really chuffed, and had performed as I’d hoped. I did not recharge the Atom Pro.
Night 2 - 8:25 hours use, 90% pressure at 9.7 and average pressure of 7.5. This time around I had 67% remaining.
You could comfortably get 5 nights usage, maybe even a sixth if you were averaging 8 hours or less each night.
Overall a fantastic product and definitely worth the money compared to the more expensive ‘official’ battery packs made by the CPAP manufacturers.
If you’re in two minds whether to buy it, it is well worth the money!
As a side note, it was extremely fast delivery from Hope2Sleep using a tracked service, also very pleased with the quick turnaround of the order - Thank you!

Recently purchased as was going 'off grid' and needed battery for CPAP machine... HAD SERIOUS RESERVATIONS until I used it... and was very happy that the battery facilitated four complete nights of sleep with about 48% left after this... Would RATE it 5/5 if I had need to use again and this was repeated .... Very good support from hope2sleep team... and that was 10/10 Thank you... would DEFFO use the service again if I need further help. X

Product seems to work well. Not tested it overnight but everything works. Simple to use and looks like will last more than enough for a trip away.

There was a small missing piece in the box. Not the fault of hope2sleep - they couldn’t have been more accommodating in resolving it for me. They arranged same day for the manufacturer to send the missing part directly to me. Arrived very next day. I have no problems recommending these guys. They genuinely want to help as much as they can.

Atom pro battery pack

I bought this battery pack to use when sleeping in my campervan of grid. It works really well with my SleepStyle machine. When I turn off the heated pipe and humidifier I can easily get two to three nights sleep from one charge. It is expensive but we’ll worth having to ensure I have a good nights sleep when off grid.

Shipping

We try our best to ship all orders received by us Monday-Friday on the same working day if received before 12 noon, and more often than not orders processed before 3pm will be despatched the same day whenever possible. Weekend or UK bank holiday orders are sent out the next working day. An automated email is sent when products have been despatched so please check your spam box and add us to your safe senders list. Also, if you do not receive an email confirmation, please check that you have typed the correct email address in your account.

All orders are sent via 1st class mail within the UK. Masks and some other more expensive products are always sent via 'signed for' insured delivery and cannot be left in 'safe' places, but there is the option for an alternative shipping address when processing the orders.

Delivery charges are worked out automatically by weight and you can clearly see the delivery charges before making a payment. On the rare occasion delivery charges are miscalculated by the website, a refund will be sent, as it is not our policy to make money on postage charges and neither do we add the cost of delivery into the price and offer so-called 'free delivery' like some sites and Ebay pressurise sellers to do!

Wherever possible with larger parcels, we try to re-use boxes to keep shipping costs down and protect the environment.

If a product is out of stock and the order contains multiple items, the 'in stock' items will be sent immediately and further items will follow upon arrival with no further postage charges incurred.

Important for International Orders

We can ship most products internationally, but all prices are in UK British Pounds and if paying by debit or credit card the bank will automatically convert to the current conversation rate. Likewise, if you choose the Paypal option, they will convert into your currency for you as payment is made.

International orders are sent via tracked Airmail, and whilst we're happy to ship internationally, we cannot be held responsible for any delays at Customs at your end, or charges that may be added in your own country, such as customs fees and import tax on delivery, which are determined by your country’s import laws and are beyond our control. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay these charges, and certain courier companies will not be able to deliver the goods to you without pre-payment of any charges. From our experience, it appears to be randomised as to which parcels incur extra charges, but please know that all accompanying paperwork is filled in correctly when shipping and there is nothing more we can do, as much as we'd like to.

If you purchase from us out of the UK or you move to another country after purchasing products, please be aware that the warranty for CPAP machines, masks and parts from the manufacturers are under warranty with the manufacturer based in the UK, so you will be responsible for sending the product back to us and will need to pay postage to get the product back to you after exchange or repair, as the manufacturer will not pay for shipping in any country outside of the UK.

RETURNS

Masks, CPAP machines and and most other products are exempt from a refund or exchange unless faulty due to health and hygiene issues - as stated in our 'Terms and Conditions', and in particular due to the risk of cross contamination as they cannot be re-sold. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 28.(3)(a) confirms exemption as follows:- "exemption in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery."

Unopened (sealed) products in their original packing can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product cost, but the purchaser is to pay the return postage, and we would advise retaining proof of postage. This excludes any faulty goods, for which postage will be reimbursed. A full refund for the price of the product will be issued when received by us, less the original postage charges when the order was sent to you.

Unfortunately, VAT relief is not applicable on this product, as it is either an item not solely for use for people with "a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness."
