Part Number: HC-6-BLUEBrand: Hope2Sleep
These Hose Covers are handmade locally and exclusively for Hope2Sleep, here in the UK. As well as being essential to prevent 'rainout' for people who use humidification, they also look nicer on the hose to take a away the clinical look in the bedroom.
If your particular size of Hose Cover is not available, we can have your size made in your choice of the available colours by special request.
The CPAP, BiPAP and Ventilator Hose Cover, is designed to give insulation to the CPAP Hose, preventing the water accumulating in the mask and tubing - especially in cooler temperatures. This often results in water splashing your face, collecting in the mask (known as 'rainout', thus giving you yet more disturbed sleep). The Hose Lift is also a very popular product to help with this and with both the Hose Cover AND the Hose Lift, this is almost guaranteed to cure the problem!
The Hose Covers also have other uses, as well as insulation:-
The covers come ready made in a choice of 6 ft, 8 ft or 10 ft (different sizes can be made by request) and are easy to fit with velcro fastenings on each end to secure them. Instructions are included on the packaging, and if you use a mask which has an extra small mini tube, then you will also need a Mini Hose Cover for full protection from 'rainout'.
There are 16 various designs and colours available:-
Fits well, velcro secures nicely & it stop my hose playing a tune on the bed headboard everytime I move.

Like the 'pun' in your title of the review and glad you're pleased with the hose 'cover' too David 😊
Always good comms and helpful service from hope2sleep, get most of my stuff here now.Went on easily enough (wouldnt want to take it off + on regularly though).Helped, but didnt fix my rain out issues.Rather than add a hose stand I've bought the ResMed Climateline heated hose instead, will use this fleece cover with it.Regards, Mark.
Glad you were pleased Mark, and even with a heated hose it's worth getting the hose elevated so that any water in it will drain back into the humidifier rather than the mask.
I ordered a hose cover and found it very easy to fit and works well stopping noises and warming my inhalation Great piece of kit at a bargain price
I got the tiger design to match a neck strap cover and it works well to stop any ‘clanging’ during a restless night. I love being in the jungle too 🐯
LOL, and the tiger print is one of my favourites too (along with the paw prints) 🙂
Really effective. No more sore throat or sore nose from using CPAP. Machine much quieter to use. Very little rainout. Have been using for years. Like the new colours and patterns for a change
Pleased you found these 🙂
Very nice product and it’s stopped the rattling of my tube on the headboard. Fitting tip.... I threaded a cord through the sleeve, attached the cord to the tube, the other end to a door handle and walked backwards pulling the tube into the sleeve. Easy 5min job.
Ha, a novel fitting tip there David thanks 👍👍
A great product. The hose cover stops the ventilator hose from slipping off the bed plus no condensation build up in the mask. It also looks great. Way less clinical which is nice for home use.
Takes away the "hospital" look, which is especially good for a child's bedroom. Lots of different patterns to chose from, I picked the Mickey and Minnie to fit in with my granddaughter's Disney room.
Lovely to hear 🙂
Been having rain out on my machine for about 6 months and due to nasel blocked so humidifier has to be on high I looked at few options, one was stand which helped til December then mass rain out was getting. Next was the hose cover and now for well over month no rain out at all.Would say with out a dout a must when using humidifier
Great to hear 👍
There is still a lot of moisture inside the tube
If you haven't got your hose elevated Christos, usually the hose cover and elevated tube sorts out 'rainout.'

We try our best to ship all orders received by us Monday-Friday on the same working day if received before 12 noon, and more often than not orders processed before 3 pm will be despatched the same day whenever possible. Weekend or UK bank holiday orders are sent out the next working day. An automated email is sent when products have been despatched so please check your spam box and add us to your safe senders list. Also, if you do not receive an email confirmation, please check that you have typed the correct email address in your account.
All orders are sent via 1st class mail within the UK. Masks and some other more expensive products are always sent via 'signed for' insured delivery and cannot be left in 'safe' places, but there is the option for an alternative shipping address when processing the orders. International orders are sent via tracked Airmail, and whilst we're happy to ship internationally, we cannot be held responsible for any charges that may be added in your own country.
Delivery charges are worked out automatically by weight and you can clearly see the delivery charges before purchase. On the rare occasion delivery charges are miscalculated by the website, a refund will be sent, as it is not our policy to make money on postage charges and neither do we add the cost of delivery into the price and offer so-called 'free delivery' like some sites and Ebay pressurise sellers to do!
Wherever possible with larger parcels, we try to re-use boxes to keep shipping costs down and protect the environment.
If a product is out of stock and the order contains multiple items, the 'in stock' items will be sent immediately and further items will follow upon arrival with no further postage charges incurred.
Masks and most products cannot be exchanged, unless faulty, due to health and hygiene issues, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, (as stated in our 'Terms and Conditions' ) and where you will find our return address, so if you are unsure about any product please contact us BEFORE purchase or BEFORE opening a sealed packet.
Unopened (sealed) products in their original packing can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product cost, but the purchaser is to pay the return postage, and we would advise retaining proof of postage. This excludes any faulty goods, for which postage will be reimbursed. A full refund for the price of the product will be issued when received by us, less the original postage charges when the order was sent to you.
