This new Amara View minimalistic full face enables mask users to wear reading glasses, and there are NO nasal pillows requiring insertion into the nostrils, as there is an opening for the base of the nose to sit into, with this under-the-nose design. Nasal bridge sores really will be a thing of the past with this mask!
This Amara View Mask really is proving to have high success rates amongst patients, which is indeed a good sign as getting the 'right' mask is a very individual selection process, and it is much harder to get a minimal contact mask for mouth breathers. Philips Respironics have now upgraded the mask to include magnetic clips, which whilst a good feature, people with a pacemaker or cochlear implants will need to confirm if the magnetic clips are suitable.

Enjoy the view - the widest field of vision of all leading full face masks! An idea whose time has come.......
The Amara View’s incredible under-the-nose design makes it the only full face mask that won’t cause red marks on the bridge of your nose when compared to the market leaders. Amara View is also the smallest, lightest and has the widest field of vision of all leading full face masks. It’s easy to wear glasses, read, watch TV, and use a computer or tablet.
Unlike most full face masks, Amara View’s cushion size is determined by measuring the depth of the nose using the simple sizing gauge. Amara View covers less of a patient’s face than all leading full face masks. (An observation noted is that when people appear to be on the borderline of 2 sizes, selecting the smaller size seems to work better).
The Amara View comes in sizes Small, Medium or Large and the standard headgear and small mask mini tubing is included. Additional Extras can be bought of the following:-
Due to the magnetic clips on this mask, it is important that these should remain at least 2 inches (50 mm) away from any device such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, defibrillators or any other active medical device. If you have any doubts please speak with your medical consultant before using.

Please note the following helpful videos do not show the updated magnetic clips for the Amara View Mask. However, everything else remains the same.
I have found that the Amara View mask is the most comfortable mask for a really sound nights sleep. Also good service and fast delivery. Thank you so much.

You're welcome William and glad you're happy with the Amara View 😊
As with any sleep apnea mask there will be a period of getting used to sleeping with something on your face. However, perseverance is key and after just a few days I began to get accustomed to it.The results (along with the CPAP machine) have been amazing and I feel smooch better since my purchase.Even when I thought the mask was preventing me from sleeping, I still felt so much better for using it. A few months of use now and most/all teething problems have passed and I am very happy with it. There may be other masks that are smaller or just oral/nasal specific, but as a full face option...I would recommend.

Absolutely agree with your comments "perseverance is the key" Carl, and good to hear you're progressing well 😊
I love this mask, I have tried many but this is always the one I fall back to. If you are a glasses wearer then this is great as you can still wear your glasses. It's not bulky like other masks but not so small that you feel like you are suffocating like some of the slimmer versions in have tried. With the hose being at the front I feel I can breath properly (there are similar versions with the hose at the top of your head that makes me feel like I can't breath). It has a handy system where you can just unclip the front if you need to pop to the loo without having to take the whole thing off. (Be careful though, I did this once, made a cup of tea for me and my boyfriend, he woke up just as I was leaning over to put his tea down by his bedside, it completely freaked him out to wake to me in my mask hanging over him lol)This is my go to mask every time.
Thanks for the detailed review which will help others, and we did have a laugh at the fright you gave your boyfriend 😂
The design of the headgear on this version has been altered so that two of the headgear clips are now held to the mask by snivelling magnetic catches. I have had much better AHI's since starting to use this mask.
Yes, this was a good upgrade as the magnetic headgear as usually much better for people ☺
This mask is so much less intrusive than the full face mask. Hope2Sleep were very helpful in answering questions when I had issues.
Glad to be of help and glad the mask is working well for you 😊
I have been using this mask for over two weeks, and it has made a massive difference. It's a lot more comfier to wear, less marks of face, and less leakage, and I'm able to wear my glasses so I can watch a little bit of tv before sleep and then having to put the mask on, like I did with my old mask. I have also found it easier not having to remove the mask, and put it on again after the loo visits. For anyone who likes tv or even read before sleep I would strongly recommend this mask and the team at Hope2Sleep are great - took time to give help and made sure I was totally happy with the mask and how to use it- wonderful people, made my life better and my sleep more comfortable.

So pleased you're liking the mask Paul, and thanks for your kind comments to...we love helping our fellow mask users 🙂
This is my usual mask, delivered very promptly. I find the clips a bit difficult on this model, but otherwise fine.
Good news, as I told you Janet, that the clips are about to be changed on the Amara View, so when this happens I hope it turns out to be a perfect mask for you 🙂
I bought this mask for my husband, after struggling with NHS masks. He loves this mask and for once he has got a mask he can rely on 100%. Kath kindly did a fitting and recommended the Amara View which is really comfortably and doesn't leak very often. The benefits of the mask are you can wear glasses to read before sleeping and he can wear his eye mask to block out any light. He said it is so comfortable he had problems getting used to it because he didn't feel he was wearing a mask. Thanks Kath for going out of your way and making my old man very happy.
It was a pleasure to help your hubby. Most mouth breathers these days tend to choose either the Amara View or DreamWear Full Face, and it's great when they can visit us and try them on, so they can be sure they have the right mask for them. So pleased to hear he's doing well with the mask 🙂 Kath
Found this mask great fits around my nose well and once I got used to the feeling it has worked well and added to a great nights sleep.
It's always lovely to hear when people find a better mask to give them a good night's sleep 😊
This lovely soft mask that has minimal contact with the face hence leaves minimal marks, although very comfortable is sadly no good for me as a mouth breather. The mask that I have is a large (the biggest available) and although I tried several before purchase and this appeared to be the best fit it sadly leaks at the sides as my mouth drops open whilst I am asleep. I have recently tried it with the Sleepseal-Inhilation Valve-sample which was excellent and made a world of difference. Maybe when/if the valves become available on the market then I will be able to wear this mask on a permanent basis.

So sorry to hear this Ronald, as a lot of mouth breathers use the mask with no problems, but as usual 'what suits one person, doesn't always suit another.' It's promising that you'll be able to use it once the SleepSeal mouth valves are available for sale. Kath

We try our best to ship all orders received by us Monday-Friday on the same working day if received before 12 noon, and more often than not orders processed before 3 pm will be despatched the same day whenever possible. Weekend or UK bank holiday orders are sent out the next working day. An automated email is sent when products have been despatched so please check your spam box and add us to your safe senders list. Also, if you do not receive an email confirmation, please check that you have typed the correct email address in your account.
All orders are sent via 1st class mail within the UK. Masks and some other more expensive products are always sent via 'signed for' insured delivery and cannot be left in 'safe' places, but there is the option for an alternative shipping address when processing the orders. International orders are sent via tracked Airmail, and whilst we're happy to ship internationally, we cannot be held responsible for any charges that may be added in your own country.
Delivery charges are worked out automatically by weight and you can clearly see the delivery charges before purchase. On the rare occasion delivery charges are miscalculated by the website, a refund will be sent, as it is not our policy to make money on postage charges and neither do we add the cost of delivery into the price and offer so-called 'free delivery' like some sites and Ebay pressurise sellers to do!
Wherever possible with larger parcels, we try to re-use boxes to keep shipping costs down and protect the environment.
If a product is out of stock and the order contains multiple items, the 'in stock' items will be sent immediately and further items will follow upon arrival with no further postage charges incurred.
Masks and most products cannot be exchanged, unless faulty, due to health and hygiene issues, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, (as stated in our 'Terms and Conditions' ) and where you will find our return address, so if you are unsure about any product please contact us BEFORE purchase or BEFORE opening a sealed packet.
Unopened (sealed) products in their original packing can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product cost, but the purchaser is to pay the return postage, and we would advise retaining proof of postage. This excludes any faulty goods, for which postage will be reimbursed. A full refund for the price of the product will be issued when received by us, less the original postage charges when the order was sent to you.
